When you enroll in a membership, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the city or region where you need service. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Payment card data is entered directly into a secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment form hosted by our tokenization provider. We receive only a non-reversible token representing your payment method, the last four digits of your card, and the card brand (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) for your reference.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to process your membership enrollment, send billing receipts, coordinate dispatch and scheduling with contractors in your area, communicate with you about your account or service requests, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Information Shared with Third Parties

We share limited information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the membership and deliver service. Payment processing: your tokenized payment method is transmitted to our payment processor to process charges. Our payment processor does not share your card data with us. Contractor dispatch: when you request a service call, we share your name, phone number, and service address with the assigned contractor so they can schedule and complete your estimate visit. We do not share your payment information with contractors. Communications: we may use email or SMS service providers to send you receipts and support correspondence.

5. Payment Method Collection

We collect payment information primarily through a secure online payment link sent to you during enrollment. The link directs you to a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified hosted payment form where you enter your card details directly — the data goes to our tokenization provider and never touches our servers. In limited circumstances, a support agent may accept card details by phone to complete enrollment; in those cases, the information is entered directly into the secure payment system during the call and is not retained in any other form.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and transaction records for as long as your membership is active and for two years following cancellation, to support chargeback defense and legal compliance. After that period, your data is deleted unless a longer retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) on all pages of our website, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment handling, role-based access controls for internal staff, and secure storage with access logging for all customer records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements), opt out of certain data sharing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
