Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Home Service Subscription is a membership service operated by YY Business Solutions LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company located in Waterbury, CT. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to YY Business Solutions LLC. "You" and "member" refer to the individual who enrolls in the membership.

2. What the Membership Includes

Your annual membership gives you priority dispatch of a contractor from our network for an in-home estimate on your repair or maintenance request. Covered trades include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, decking, painting, landscaping, appliance repair, general handyman work, and other residential maintenance services. When you call with a service request, a contractor is dispatched to your property to assess the job and provide a price quote on site. As a member, your requests are scheduled ahead of non-members.

3. What the Membership Does Not Include

The membership fee covers priority dispatch and the in-home estimate visit. It does not cover the cost of labor, parts, or materials for any repair or installation work performed by a contractor. Those costs are quoted on site by the contractor and agreed upon between you and the contractor before any work begins. Whether you proceed with the repair is entirely your decision. Home Service Subscription coordinates dispatch and scheduling — we do not perform the repair work directly and do not guarantee the outcome of any specific repair. Contractors in our network are independent professionals, not employees of YY Business Solutions LLC.

4. Membership Fee and Billing

The annual membership fee is $99.00, charged to the payment method you provide at the time of enrollment. Your membership automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your enrollment date, and your payment method will be charged $99.00 at each renewal. If your payment method is declined at renewal, we may attempt to contact you to update your billing information. We will not charge a different payment method without your authorization.

5. Enrollment and Consent

By completing the enrollment form at homeservicesubscription.com and checking the consent box, you authorize YY Business Solutions LLC to charge your payment method $99.00 immediately and $99.00 annually on each renewal date until you cancel. If you enroll by phone, your verbal agreement to these same terms constitutes your authorization. The membership is optional and is not a condition of receiving any individual service quote.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund the current membership period. You can cancel online at homeservicesubscription.com/cancellation, by emailing support@yybusinesssolutions.com, or by calling our support line. Cancellation is effective immediately — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to the membership benefits through the end of your current paid period.

7. Refunds

If you cancel within 30 days of enrollment or within 30 days of an annual renewal charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge. Refund requests can be made online, by email, or by phone. Refunds are processed to the original payment method the same business day they are approved. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 1 to 5 business days to appear on your statement. 8. Limitation of Liability

YY Business Solutions LLC is a scheduling and dispatch coordination service. We are not a general contractor, and we do not supervise, direct, or warranty the work performed by contractors in our network. Our liability to you is limited to the membership fee you paid. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or any other loss arising from work performed by a contractor, and any disputes about the quality or outcome of repair work are between you and the contractor.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Waterbury, Connecticut. You and YY Business Solutions LLC each waive the right to participate in a class action. This does not prevent you from filing a complaint with your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly to pricing, billing frequency, or cancellation procedures — we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. Your continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel before the change takes effect for a full refund of any charges under the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
